Dr. To Minh Tung is currently the Head of the Korean Language Department – School of Languages.

He graduated with a Master’s degree in Korean Social and Cultural Studies from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in 2015.

In 2021, he received his Ph.D. in Literature from the Department of Korean Language and Literature, Sunmoon University, South Korea.
